Born in NYC and Raised in the Kingsbridge section of the Bronx, the birth place of Hip-Hop, This 28 year old Star got his start in the game IN 1997 not behind the M.I.C but rather behind the boards producing for the likes of KRS-ONE, Camp Lo, B.E.T’s Host Joe Clair, ESPN and a host of many other Artist and Television Networks. After shopping beats to Major League one day, TRIBECA happen to slip in a joint with him rhyming and the rest was history. A contract was offered on the spot.
Immediately after signing his deal with Major League, TRIBECA went right to work! He wrote the theme song to the Hit ESPN Series "The Life,” while industry vet Pharoahe Monch added an incredible hook and TRIBECA's first radio hit was born.
After being flown down to the Super Bowl to perform at the ESPN official Super Bowl party, Beca's Tour & Press schedule heated up quickly. Beca has toured with everyone from Trick Daddy, Fat Joe, Def Jux, Camp Lo, Memphis Bleek, Awesome 2, Wu Tang Clan, Kid Capri and many others. He has rocked the stages at Howard University’s Homecoming in D.C. all the way to the MCM Cafe in Paris. He has also graced the pages of XXL, SLAM, Strength, Elemental and many other Worldwide and Online Publications.
In July of 2007 TRIBECA released his Debut Digital album entitled “Cold World” which is considered an underground Classic. The Album Cold World truly gives the fans a deep insight into TRIBECA...his battles of life, his dreams, his story and his power.

TRIBECA is also busy expanding his Career within other fields of the Entertainment industry.
TRIBECA is the Creative / Lyrical Director for the Family Hip-Hop series “Hey! Young World” and is currently writing songs for Artist in the Music industry. TRIBECA has also penned his first Book entitled “Party & Bullshit” which is set to be released in the near future.
